Plain English summary: We only collect what you choose to give us through this website and the Relentless Fitness client app. We use it to coach you and reply to you. We never sell it, we don't send marketing unless you've asked for it, and you can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.
This website and the Relentless Fitness client app (hub.relentlessfitness.uk) are run by Ty, trading as Relentless Fitness ("we", "us", "our"), a personal training and online coaching service based in South London, United Kingdom.
We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website and the app. That means we decide how it is used and we are responsible for looking after it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics tools that follow you around the web.
Some of what you share with us counts as health information under UK GDPR, for example your weight, measurements, progress photos, injuries and how you're feeling. This is a "special category" of data, so we only collect and use it with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you send it to us or when you create your app account.
We use it only to coach you safely and track your progress. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using and delete that information (this may mean we can no longer coach you effectively).

We will only send you marketing (such as fitness tips or offers) if you have clearly asked to receive it, and every message will let you opt out.
We never sell your data. We only share it with the trusted service providers we need to run the website and app, who act on our instructions and must keep it secure:
Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK-US Data Bridge or the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms' own privacy policies apply to those messages.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
To use any of these rights, contact us at WhatsApp 07491 393934. We will reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only saves small pieces of information on your own device that are needed for it to work, such as remembering your cookie choice and keeping parts of the client app available when you're offline. These stay on your device and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
The website and app use secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). Client app data is protected so each client can only see their own information, and only Ty can see the data of the clients he coaches. Passwords are encrypted. No system is completely risk-free, but we take sensible steps to protect your information and will tell you and the ICO promptly if a serious breach ever happens.
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we'll delete them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we'll let clients know.
